Rules and Regulations

Registration Rules

1. Participation in the event is restricted to VCC members.
2. Each team shall consist of 2 members only.
3. The Participants (Team) must complete the registration process before 18th April 2025, 4.00 pm.
4. Each team should have a unique name, if duplicates are found, the team registered later shall be required to change the team name.

General Rules during event.

1. Reporting time 6:00 am. Briefing 06:15 am. Flag-off 06:30 am. Venue: Near Vaccine Depot Ground
2. Once the flag-off is done for the event, Late coming teams are disqualified.
3. The event is required to be done on bicycle only, no other vehicles allowed.
4. Team must stay together and should not communicate with other teams to solve clues.
5. Skipping Clues will lead to disqualification.
6. Participants should not interfere with other teams’ clues or objects used in the Hunt.
7. Splitting up of team or using unfair means will lead to disqualification from the hunt.
8. Team must be respectful of the location and other participants.
9. Adhere to traffic rules, wear helmets, and practice safety during the hunt.
10. Teams shall post a selfie with both members of the team from each clue location immediately upon completing a clue on event WhatsApp group.
11. The teams who completes the hunt first while adhering to the rules, typically wins.
12. The decision made by the organizer is final.

Venue
